Telephony Automation:
Automating the On and Off Boarding Process

Employees come and go every day. Each time that happens, telephony work must be done. The list of tasks for on and off boarding is long. Whether you have a legacy TDM switch or a modern VoIP environment, someone must create hundreds of settings such as directory number, line appearances, call forwarding, speed dials, hunt groups, pick up groups, ACD queues, and upon exit, aging the DNs, changing passwords and notifying the employee’s manager for postmortem voicemail access, just to name a few. These settings must be managed and changed each time an employee joins or leaves the company. Industry experts estimate that it costs between $50 and $250 to on or off board the communications needs of each employee. The process has been very expensive and time consuming, and never immediate.

Until now.

Technological advancements are allowing enterprises to completely automate telephony on and off boarding. This webinar will examine the tasks and costs associated with employee joiners and leavers and how these costs may be avoided through automation. The session will include real life case studies and how you, like these enterprises, can achieve automation and an ROI in as little as a few months.

By attending this webinar, you will learn:
• The depth of costs associated with on and off boarding
• How companies are automating this process today
• How to determine ROI using an On and Off Boarding Automation ROI Calculator

Who should attend?
• Telecom administrative personnel and their managers
• Enterprise management staff responsible for communication services
• Enterprise technical staff supporting VoIP networks
• Service provider network operations, product management and services marketing staff
• Marketing and operations managers for Cloud-based service providers
